2.2 Managed IT Services

We also provide Managed IT Services to business clients, including but not limited to:

  • Backup and disaster recovery

  • Cloud services

Managed IT Services are subject to separate service agreements where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least:

  • 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our consumer applications

  • 18 years old to enter into business agreements

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

Some Services require account registration.

You agree to:

No ownership rights are transferred.

7. App Store Terms

When accessing our mobile applications through third-party platforms (such as app stores), you also agree to the applicable platform terms.

In the event of a conflict:

  • These Terms govern the relationship between you and the Company

  • Platform providers are not responsible for our Services

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment or subscription.

We do not store full payment credentials unless explicitly stated.
